At Frankenmuth Woolen Mill, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our wool bedding and home goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your unused wool items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship to the Mill

  Send your return to our historic Frankenmuth location using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery to our processing department.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
